HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number here.
THE ITEM I WANT IS “SOLD OUT”. WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING IT?
We know how annoying it can be when you go to purchase an item and you see the item is sold out. Our most popular items sell out very quickly; and although we cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out it will be restocked, we do often restock old favorites. If you would like to be notified once the product becomes available again, add your email address to the “sign up” box at the top of the site.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because we want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

How Much is Shipping?
Cost: Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.
What If I Lost My Package?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
Can I Have More Information?
All orders are shipped via USPS. To track your order at anytime, you’ll be able to use your USPS Tracking number. Orders will be processed within 5 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays).
Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-2 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. All orders placed on Friday after 5:00 p.m. central standard time will begin processing on the following Monday.
Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

You must return your items to the address below within 11 days from the day you received your package. 9 MAG only allows an even exchange both online and in-store ONLY if the items are returned in their individual packaging.
